Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product seal is intact and unopened (for unopened items only)
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrance products (for hygiene and authenticity reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different fragrance, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
